Usleess War vs War on Terror

The New York Times reported about the Vietnam War like it should never should have happened, whereas they look at the War on Terror is a terrible event that needs our help. I think that we do not need our troops over there fighting as much as we need more spys. The Vietnam war was one of the most vicious wars ever so I guess why they had to be somewhat bias. There is higher death ratio in our capital then there has been in Iraq. I feel that the media only represents the majority society views on things.
